Cancellations Policy

This policy explains how cancellations work for subscription orders, pre-orders, and any limited-time purchase programs we may offer.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription from Verimae, you’ll receive repeat deliveries automatically based on the frequency you select (e.g., every 30/60/90 days). Your payment method will be charged each billing cycle unless you cancel in line with this policy.

Key Terms

  • Minimum commitment: Subscription purchases require a minimum of two (2) successful billing cycles before cancellation is permitted.

  • Discounted pricing: Subscriptions are discounted versus one-time purchases.

  • Auto-renewal: Subscription orders renew automatically unless canceled before your next billing date.

  • Changes allowed: You can typically skip, pause, or change delivery frequency.

  • Self-management: Customers may manage subscriptions using the subscription portal link provided in order emails.

Cancellation Process (Subscriptions)

  • You may cancel after the 2-billing minimum by contacting us at info@verimae.com or via your subscription portal.

  • To avoid the next charge, cancellation requests must be received at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date.

  • Charges already processed cannot be reversed once an order has been processed, allocated, or shipped.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

  • Subscription charges are not refundable once processed/shipped, except where required by law or as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@verimae.com with your order number and details.


Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are launching soon or temporarily out of stock. We may charge at checkout or authorize/charge closer to fulfillment.

Key Terms

  • Pre-orders may be canceled anytime before fulfillment begins (i.e., before the order is processed for shipment).

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled/processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Estimated ship dates shown on product pages or emails are estimates and may change due to production/logistics.


Order Cancellations (Non-Subscription, Standard Orders)

If you place a one-time order (non-subscription), cancellation is only possible before the order is processed or shipped.

  • If you contact us quickly and the order has not entered processing/fulfillment, we may be able to cancel it.

  • If the order is already processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible; you’ll need to follow our Refund/Returns Policy (if applicable).


Refunds & Store Credit

All refunds under subscriptions, pre-orders, or trial purchases are issued as store credit, unless otherwise stated.

Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase on verimae.com.
